Customized Inventory System for Hotel Industry
During the construction of a 7-star hotel in
India, managers faced a need for customized inventory solution to
track movement of all construction materials, electrical
accessories, plumbing materials, carpentry materials and
articles. Managers were using this information to monitor
material consumption, slow moving stock, stock value and also
to do payment processing. Floor-wise and
room-wise/department-wise costing work was carried out based
on the materials consumed in the construction.

In this project Zillion’s responsibility spanned from
analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, user
training and implementation. It was developed using Visual C++
and SQL Server as database on Windows NT Platform.
