BIL trades with several Buying houses, Apparel Chains and Retail Outlets in France, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and US. In addition to manufacturing facilities in India, BIL trades with several manufacturing houses in China, Hong Kong, Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan and South Asian countries.

Zillion has laid out an Information Technology plan with the following objectives:

- To develop a secure and user-friendly IT backbone for the entire enterprise including head office and its branches
- To have a robust software architecture that facilitates seamless connectivity and smooth flow of information between all wings of the company including Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Sampling, Purchase, Production Planning, Production Tracking, Quality Control, and Packing & Shipping.
- To provide a communication messaging system in all branches of Bhartiya.
- To enable the Managing Director and the head office at Delhi getting the current status of any operation at any branch of BIL, and getting the right information at the right time so that better monitoring and control instruments can be applied in time.
- To minimise the limitations in the current manual system, and provide a path for better productivity and higher profits.

Zillion has developed an Internet/Intranet-based Enterprise solution on Microsoft platform using Microsoft .net architecture on Microsoft Windows Small Business Server. For interconnecting different branches, an innovative Data Synchronization protocols have been developed. It offers the client more cost-effective and efficient data exchange mechanism as per the rules set by the business needs without going in for expensive leased lines and expensive central server. Solution is more fault-tolerant.
