It is developed on Windows 2000 Advanced Server platform using ASP and COM technologies and using SQL Server 2000 database.

ZEMS is a complete engineering logistics software system targeted at the needs of Business, Tourist, Luxury & Resorts hotels. Designed primarily by engineers from the hotel industry, ZEMS provides them powerful tools to effectively manage and maintain hotel’s plant & equipment, and also to provide faster work request processing mechanism.

Hotel chief engineers need to efficiently manage never-ending flow of work requests from all quarters of the hotel. At the same time they need to reduce staffing and maintenance-related expenses. Towards this end, ZEMS is an essential management tool. It helps in scheduling the resources properly, managing budget & costs, vendor evaluation, and even getting a performance indication of its employees. It provides well-organized wealth of information using which management can formulate strategies to improve maintenance standards of the hotel.
